A long traverse of the westernmost part of the Cadini di Misurina massif taking in four passes and leading to Rifugio Auronzo at the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (2330 m). Leave from behind Rifugio Col de Varda (2115 m) after gaining 400 metres of altitude in the Misurina direction on the Col de Varda ski lift (or alternatively on the footpath which climbs along the ski slope and takes around 50 minutes). The route climbs up to Forcella Misurina (2400 m) traversing the scree slope below Punta Col de Varda and the Misurina branch of the pinnacled Cadini massif which falls within the Auronzo town area in its entirety. After descending Cadin della Neve the path climbs up once again to Forcella del Diavolo passing a junction with footpath no. 108 to Forcella della Neve. A number of brief metal cable and step assisted sections facilitate access to the first two passes. After descending from Cadin dei Tocci the path reaches Rifugio Fonda Savio (Passo dei Tocci 2349 m) before descending to Forcella Rinbianco (2176 m). It then continues on exposed ledges to a steep cable assisted channel before climbing once more along the ledge over Val Cianpedele with amazing views of the pinnacles of Cadin di San Lucano and Cimon di Croda Liscia. The path then comes out at Forcella Longeres (below right is the Auronzo valley) and continues to the refuge at the end of the route.
